ACCENDI L'AZZURRO!
This year 2007 the
Association
Telefono Azzurro
Onlus will celebrate its
second decade
20 years spent in listening
to young adults, 20 years
spent in protecting infants'
rights, 20 years spent on
projects for children
protection, 20 years spent
on integrated interventions
for the direct management of
the most serious cases.
Also thanks to your
help a network of
interventions and
increasingly more efficient
services tailor-made for
children could be set up to
cope in a timely manner with
the many requests for aid
received. Based on the firm
belief that without
the support of volunteers no
project whatsoever can be
implemented our
recruitment campaigns of
volunteers are
targeted at all those who
are willing to donate their
time during the weekend for
one of the major national
fundraising initiatives of
Telefono Azzurro.
Telefono Azzurro will
organise also during
2009
We are looking for
Volunteers willing
to go into a piazza with
their friends, family and
colleagues to
increase the general
public’s awareness and to
raise funds needed
to implement projects
for the protection
of children and teenagers.
Our objective is to
be present in at least 2000
piazzas during each
of the events.
If a large number of young,
sensitive volunteers decide
to go into a piazza
during those weekends, this
would be a great help for
Telefono Azzurro
Onlus in promoting
the protection of the basic
principles of the UN
Convention on the Rights of
the Child.
